Discipleship Farm

1 Thessalonians 4:11,12

But we urge you, brothers and sisters, that you excel [in this matter (brotherly love)] more and more, and to make it your ambition to live quietly and peacefully, and to mind your own affairs and work with your hands, just as we directed you, so that you will behave properly toward outsiders [exhibiting good character, personal integrity, and moral courage worthy of the respect of the outside world], and be dependent on no one and in need of nothing [be self-supporting].

We are passionate about holistic care, which includes nutrition and discipling others - which is also a great platform for internships!

We train interns, aquaponics enthusiasts, missionaries and other interest groups with a hands-on approach.

While we invest in you, you will be expected to spend between 20 to 30 hours a week helping in the management of the nutritional program. Which involves: teaching families and individuals about basic nutrition, planting, transplanting, harvesting, feeding the fish, chickens and other animals, as well as packaging and distribution of the produce.

At the same time you will be mentoring or discipling two to three young people while you work in the garden.
